Red Envelope and the Gift Experience

One of our merchants, RedEnvelope.com, has some of the neatest gift ideas. They have a wide range of unique gifts.

They have the Moon Shoes. Didn't those come out in the 70's? I got them for Christmas one year when I was younger and I remember busting my tail trying to learn how to bounce on them. Eventually I think I got it and they were pretty fun.

On our site we have a section called, "Top 20 Gift Ideas". Based on our shoppers choices, this list will show you the top 20 most popular gifts. I have been watching this list over the past couple of weeks and I found the wide array of gifts that are coming up to be very interesting .

The Flintstone's Car - 21st Century Style

One of the merchants on FindGift.com is Hammacher Schlemmer. They have the coolest gifts. Anne, one of our gift experts, was reviewing some products for them and came across the First Carbon Chassis Velocipede.

It's an HPV, human powered vehicle, kind of like what the Flintstone's drove but with much less wear and tear on the feet. The Velocipede is a bicycle and three wheeler combined, so you can get your exercise and save on gas too. Now all we need is a special HPV lane on the expressways.

Angry Little Girls Line Addresses Irritating People

Irritating people, now that is something I think everyone can identify with.

In our office their names are Evan and B0b. The other day they were irritating me so I threw a roll of toilet paper at them. (Don't ask what I was doing with a roll of toilet paper in my hand.) Anyway, I went back to work and what was the next item that I reviewed?

The Angry Little Girls Large Tote and the description was, "Tote your anger around with you where ever you go. Perfect for carrying around items to throw at irritating people." It was just too funny!

I just had to email them and let them know about this.

Evan replied, "Carry around all the toilet paper you want. Who will look sillier, us being pelted by soft objects or you throwing them?"

Bob said, "That's too funny. We could call you the bag lady..."
